Frustrated by the lack of high-quality, baked cheesecakes in the area, she decided to take matters into her own hands.
What began as a simple experiment in her kitchen soon turned into a labor of love. After countless trials, adjustments, and taste tests, Anum perfected her recipes, crafting two exceptional offerings: the bold and rustic Burnt Basque Cheesecake and the timeless Classic New York Cheesecake.
