Delivery Policy

At We Do Cheesecakes, we take great care to ensure that your order arrives safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. We deliver our delicious handcrafted cheesecakes across the United Kingdom and are committed to providing a reliable and enjoyable customer experience.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery across the entire United Kingdom, including:
- England
- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey)
Please note: Delivery availability may vary based on courier constraints or adverse weather conditions. We will always notify you in advance if your area is affected.
2. Delivery Charges
As of now, we offer FREE standard delivery across the UK. This includes packaging and shipping costs.
However, this policy is subject to change in the future. If we introduce delivery charges, any such changes will be communicated clearly on our website, checkout page, and policy documentation at least 14 days in advance.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
We operate on a made-to-order basis, so please allow time for preparation and shipping.
Standard Dispatch Timeframe:
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of order.
- During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Eid, Mother’s Day), processing may take up to 5 working days.
Standard Delivery Timeframe:
- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days via our trusted courier partners (DPD, Royal Mail Tracked 24, or similar).
Pre-Order Option:
- Customers can select a preferred delivery date during checkout (subject to availability).
- We aim to deliver as close to your selected date as possible but cannot guarantee exact dates due to courier variables.
4. Delivery Notifications & Tracking
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves our kitchen.
- A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your order via the courier’s website or app.
- Notifications will include an estimated delivery window, usually within a 1-hour time slot on the day of delivery.
5. Packaging & Temperature Control
Our cheesecakes are packed with premium insulation and cold packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit.
- All items are dispatched chilled, not frozen.
- Packaging is designed to keep the product safe for up to 48 hours in transit.
- Once delivered, immediate refrigeration is required (see our Storage Instructions for more info).
6. Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details, including:
- Full name and address
- Correct postcode
- Contact number
- Email address
If the courier cannot deliver due to:
- Incorrect delivery information
- No one available to receive the parcel
- Safe place not specified or inaccessible
then the courier may attempt redelivery or leave the parcel in a safe place. However:
- We Do Cheesecakes cannot accept responsibility for delays or spoilage resulting from missed deliveries or incorrect information.
- Refunds or replacements will not be issued in these cases unless the fault lies with us or the courier.
7. Delivery Delays or Issues
While we work with reliable couriers, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier backlog
- Force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters)
If your order is delayed:
- Please contact us at order@wedocheesecakes.co.uk within 24 hours of the estimated delivery date.
- We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
8. Risk & Responsibility
Once the order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the product passes to the customer. We strongly recommend being available at the delivery address on the expected date.
9. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international delivery. Our services are limited to the UK only.
